Shipping policy

Geographical coverage: We ship & deliver within India only. We use 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) companies as our delivery partners. Via them, we deliver to more than 18,000 pin codes in India.

Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday-Saturday each week; Sunday and public holidays are excluded from shipping days.

Shipping timeline: All orders placed before 3pm IST (on Shipping days) are shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm IST are shipped out the next Shipping Day. We try to deliver the order within 5 business days.

Our service partners occasionally face operational challenges in few PIN Codes. We try with best effort to update such changes on our website and to our esteemed customers (in case of orders placed on this PIN codes).

Customer information: We provide serviceability & delivery time estimates for any PIN Code on each Product page
