Geographical coverage: We ship and deliver to thousands of postcodes in the Middle East. We use third-party Logistics (3PL) companies as our delivery partners to fulfil your order on time.

Shipping Days: We ship orders from Monday to Saturday each week; Sundays and public holidays are excluded from shipping days.

Our service partners might occasionally face operational challenges in a few postcodes. We try our best to update such changes on our website and send timely updates to our customers (in case of orders placed on these postcodes).
